We purchase reposessed mobile homes, bring them to our lot, completely refurbish them, and sell them to you! Refurbishing includes the following: ANY repairs that need making; new carpet, vinyl (linoleum), paint; appliances included: refrigerator, stove & dishwasher. We then deliver & set up the home, provide & hookup your A/C and have your skirting installed. This will be considered a "Completed" sale. If you're feeling energetic and wish to purchase a home "AS IS", with no repairs done, we will offer you an AS IS price. This price WILL include the delivery/setup fee.
